Hirsiset’s newest log house collection, Vario, was born from a genuine customer need. We were asked to design both very spacious and highly compact log homes — all sharing the same key features: large windows and bright, airy architecture. To better meet these wishes, we developed a flexible and adaptable housing concept that adjusts to different lifestyles and requirements.
Vario is designed as a versatile solution for both modern everyday living and leisure-time retreats. It combines the natural warmth of solid log construction with the clean lines of contemporary architecture in a way that evolves with life’s changing situations. The collection reflects our commitment to user-centered design and true flexibility.
In Vario log homes, expansive windows and sliding glass doors invite natural light deep into the interior, creating open and comfortable living spaces. Scandinavian style, light tones, and carefully considered details give the atmosphere a welcoming and timeless feel. Inspired by modern architecture, the collection balances functionality with a refined simplicity. True to its name, Vario is fully modular: the word “vario” means to vary and to change. With universal modules, a wide range of layouts can be created and customized to meet individual needs. The result is a home that feels uniquely yours — flexible, personal, and cost-efficient.
